The type M and the Ype S were basically GTR trim for the lower spec models, so you got the sports alloys, the Type B spoiler, the sports steering wheel and the sideskirts and rear pods as standard.

They were also ever so slightly better tuned by way of better fuel maps in their ECUs.

As for a GTS being a civic... My 93 R32 GTS V Selection II seems to mix it pretty well with the GTSt's n R's... (might be the RB25 n TD0625G combination )
