Understanding variations of the Skyline R32

Hello Skyline , I am an aspiring owner of an R32, but I do not understand the variations of this car. In other threads, I see "GTST" mentioned as well as "GTR". Additionally, I have read that there are four showbox.bio/ tutuapp.uno/vidmate.vet/ different variations which have been built by nissan.

Could someone either explain or point me to a website which details this information?
