2013 Altima 2.5 SL P0014 code questions

I don’t know what else to look at and I’m ripping my hair out here. I’ve changed both camshaft position sensors and the VVT solenoid, tried changing the oil and filters etc. Anybody else have these problems and can offer any solutions?
