    I wouldn't post in this thread because I have never delt with Martin but seriously what pipe are you smoking from?

    First of all you need to read the thread and the guys complaint. You obviously didn't do that or you are lacking some serious mental capacity. Either way your post has not even one bit of relevant information regarding the situation at hand. The only thing your post is doing is potentially harming Martin's name and reputation. It appears you are trying to defend his innocence. Let Martin do that for himself.

    It seems you've jumped into this thread full of piss and vinegar trying to slam a guy and call him cheap and lay blame on him.

      What if Martin is in the Hospital.... All of you guys would be jerks.

      ...but if he's not then I agree with 98% of the replies; this thread is about communication between the seller and the buyer. This has happened to me countless times now. Atleast a pm, phone call or even an email could have sufficed and avoided this situation.


      And Zulu is right, please don't post ignorant and useless comments.

        I unerstand where you are comming from about waiting for parts and the communication involved. I dont know if anyone has bought anything off of Matt from newera imports but you have to wait A very long time and there is little to no communication about your purchase. I waited over 4 months and 700+ dollars for a purchase and had no idea when it was coming. I know the way yuo feel and theresore can sympathize with youi r situation but you also have to look and the vehicles we chose to buy. Their parts are hard to find, usually messed up in some way and majority of the time come fom some other county. he should have contacted you about your problem, but did yo contact the actual seller off of yahoo. It seems to me the seller off of yahoo ripped you off not Martin. He wants to be everything to everybody but doesnt have the resources to do so..thats a learing experience. The problem was solved, lets just hope he has a rason for his indescresions

          I am getting sick of these threads.

          I understand that this is an issue of not replying but again, when someone gets super swamped things get forgotten. Sure it's not an excuse, but no matter WHAT you say this could have been resolved OFF the forums and with the shop owner directly. All you are doing now is making yourself on a bit of a "black list" so to say. Sponsors will not want to deal with you anymore due to the fear of "slipping up" and you tarnishing thier reputation online.

            After a month of no response what the f*ck? You have to do something, and if I had the same experience I would do the same thing. And "slipping up"?.......a month of no response IS NOT "slipping up" its F*CKIN UP! YOU CANT BE SERIOUS! I totally and 100% agree with caithness on this one.

              How exactly does one resolve an issue when the person that the issue is with won't communicate a single word with you???

              I'd like for you to give me some detailed steps on how speaking to someone who does not speak back resolves this issue.

              ...please, a step-by-step procedure Mr. Falcon if you would.

              Is that really my goal here? Am I supposed to make sure VIP Imports and Martin look good and efficient and reputable even though they fu<ked me over and are not any of those things??

              The answer is: I'm here looking out for myself right now becuz Martin and VIP Imports aren't doing that for me...like a good business always should...

              ...look out for your paying customers.

              If that puts me on some "black list" then so be it. I'd rather be on this "list" and get the warning out to other GTRC members than simply not say anything and be a good business advocate for a business and a man who quite literally fu<ked right off when the going got tough.

I believe he already try his best solving the problem. I also understand that he doens't really get back to his customer often but I think he is trying to fix that. I know it is not an excuse but I hope whoever dealing with him can give him a break. Actually I just went out with him this afternoon but I just saw the thread now. I think he'll pretty soon to answer all of your questions.

                  Wow this is the first i saw this thread.

                  First off I forwarded this business to Adam @ feast. i never received a penny from you I out of kindness, found a listing on Yahoo and let adam assist the process. I charge nothing for this service, and let a fellow sponsor receive the business.

                    He may know some of you better than others and extent himself more for his friends, but a successful business is not measured by how it treat its friends...it's by how it treat its average customers.
                    there was also no emails after the photos i forwarded for the claim adam had to make with EMS.

                    You need to look at all that you have wrote and see what actually makes sense, and blaming me for anything at all.

                      And like i said, i did this for you as a buddy on MSN, not a forum sponsor to a forum member.

                      even though adam charged his yahoo fee, you paid that, and you paid him. i just showed you that the item is possible to obtain, here is an example, and through adam you can save fee's by not paying me just deal with him and pay him.

                      I didnt ship you anything, i didnt receive any money from you, And when the problem arouse i forwarded the pics that you sent me.

                      for someone going out of his way to help people out i sure get stiffed.

                      maybe i should charge an msn chat fee to make up for all the helpful, time saving, informative conversations that dozens of members have benefited from me. I work damn hard... I went from being online maybe 40-50 hours a week to maybe 5 hours a week.

                      Im sure all of you have noticed my web presence to be non-existent since the beginning of August but bigger and better job placement keeps me busy and tired from real life.

                      And like i said, i didnt even notice this thread until 30mins ago. Funny how i never got one PM from Caithness regarding this problem.

                      Oh well, i guess some people just like the attention.

                        My fee was returned to the buyer Martin so you are aware. This and the small amount of money J Post coughed up. Not much but the best I can do to help out your buyer.
