  • Is your car good enough for the Movies?

Mine is, and is also registered in the Production vehicle search program.

If any of you, across Canada feel your car is Movie material, even background or Hero status. Send me a PM and I can share my Agents contact info.

Daily Rental pays anywhere from 100-300 for borrowing your car, in extreme cases the pay can go upwards of 1000 a day based on the rarity and the position of role. etc...

If this sounds like your car, Skyline or not... Post on here, or PM me.

I've had my chevelle & a couple of my old beaters in movies. the chevelle and my buddys' '66 valient is in " A flash of genius" ( Greg Kinnear movie about intermittent wipers of all things) . Also in a HBO series called the corporation. Out here your car gets $300/day to just be in the scene and if it's driven you get $500/day.
For the period movies the 4 door cars are actually more desirable because noone kept them. A '70s movie would look kind of stupid with all the cars being 2 door muscle.

Ahh that is cool.. But I don't think my car is too ''hyped'' to be there.

How about posting pic of your cars?

and ? Did you see any R32 in F&F ? but why did I see 2 R33 in this movie. Face it, R33 are hot in real, maybe not on picture, but all I hear about my R33 is "I don't like R33, but damn, yours hot and make me want one"
Grow up, there's not only the R32 in this world, I had one before, I still like the look, R33 is just more of a "modern" look.

Let's not start a R33 vs R32 war, this thread is not about that.

Back when I did background, I had brought my Skyline to set with me. Some importaint person saw it and wanted to use it in the movie. I ended up getting $200 for they day, AND $30/hour instead of $10 because I had to "stut drive" it. I wouldn't let anyone else drive it, so they let me .

It was pretty cool. Getting paid to get your car sideways!

                            Commercial

I donated my time and car for a night. It was for an ANTI-STREET RACING commercial. It was actually pretty fun. and the best part was the whole thing was catered!!! And had Mosport all to myself.. Tee hee Look for it on OMNI-channels.
