Call me racist but I think the fact that in BC if you wear a turban you don't have to wear a motorcycle helmet is absolutely ridiculous... Well I guess if you want to get on a death trap, and take your one safety device and toss it in the garbage then hey... have fun. Don't invent a new, likely profitable product/line of helmets... instead just lobby to have an exception clause added to the law. And then when you fall and split your head open just check yourself into the ICU and have the rest of Canadian tax payers pay your bill...

Yes, you are right that no one died, but someone that work at that branch got injured badly.

I say this as a young guy with a performance car... But I agree there should be a form of performance vehicle licensing and it should be taken away/revoked for too many stupid incidents like excessive speeding or accidents where excessive speed was involved.

Really? Wow, I didn't know that was the case. I do remember there was an incident a few years back where a Sikh hockey player was not allowed to play because he would not don a helmet.


I agree with you. If they don't want to wear a helmet, that's their issue, as long as they don't make the roads any less safe for everyone else.

there is no strap on a turban lol wait till someone dies where his turban flew over before he hits the ground.. then you will see some changes made again. There has been countless cases back home in India. One in Front of my eyes and I can never forget that. For any rider there shouldn't be a way around a Helmet.
