HID installed, high pitch buzzing noise from ballast.

Why? Anyone else have this problem?

The power being delivered to the ballasts is fused by a 20 amp fuse, the ballast says MAX 14 amps. Maybe this is why? BTW I only connected battery and turned on lights, didn't start car or anything. Other than the noise, they work perfectly!

they will make some noise for sure. I've got hid's in my DD they do the same thing. But once you start the car noise shouldn't be noticable.

But I bought from the same company for my DD as well and it dosen't make that noise. Then again the DD has HI/LOW. Yours?

mine's low beam only I did another hi/low on my friends jetta they do make some noise when warming up.. but once they're at full power noise tapers of. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
