joker its VERY curious as to weather or not my car has been rebuilt... heres what we know:
Things that suggest it has never been rebuilt:
- my car came SO oem that it even had oem shocks, springs, and exhaust, and air intake box! NOT A single upgrade on mine when i bought it
- the timing belt needed to be changed when i got the car
- the odometer was verified to be accurate and true and the interior and overall condition of the ar matched the reading of 109,000 km.
things that suggest the engines been rebuilt:
- every single GTR ive seen has the black paint chipping off the intake manifold.. mine was mint
- my compression #'s were un-believabley good
- we just pulled my motor out of the car and noticed the engine mounts have been out of the car before, and the transmission mount has also been off the car before. so we know for sure the engine and tranny have been out at least once before.
i suspect the work was all done AT a nissan factory too because theres a lot of yellow, and blue paint markings on things like the throttle bodies, and other engine components.
im not sure what to think! lolThe SkyLife Community & News Website --> http://www.skylife4ever.com

Congrats on the purchase, but here is a few things you need to keep in the back of your mind: Your GT-R is pretty high mileage and even though your engine still seems to be running fine, remember that almost all the major components on your car also has 170K Kms on them (ie: transmission, transfer case, suspension links, bushings, hoses fuel system, Hicas etc...) She's an old granny and you should treat/ drive her like one! I'd say leave her stock.
As for wheels, GT-R's are AWD and they usually don't like wheels of different size and offset front and back. If you are on a budget, get yourself some R33 GT-R wheels, they look good on the R32 and pour your money mostly on maintenance and refreshing of your car.
Hope this helps!
