Where do i get this for my gtr?

this is how my passenger side hood is sitting , im just wondering is it a hinge?
and where or who i can get one from?

Some people space them up like that to improve air flow thru the engine bay. Seen many drift cars like that. Is it both sides?
If it's just washers simply remove them and you should be good. If its the hinges then..........if anyone can confirm that the OEM HINGES are the same for GTST or GTR hood, (can't see why they'd be different) you can have my spare set for just the cost of shipping. Been in my garage for 2 years...
