Not sure where to start here.

Godspeed core is a knock off of the Setrab design. Setrab are used in Formuala One if anyone is wondering. And Mishimoto? The lines look like there straight off a washing machine.

They are so cheap though. Many wont pass up deals like this.

Just buy yourself a Mocal or Setrab core (pretty sure they are under the same ownership now anyway) Look at a friends kit, figure out what lines and fittings you need, Mocal sandwich plate and your done. For lines and fittings buy Earls or Aeroquip. You will end up with a cooler just as good as any of the JDM tyte ones for a fraction of the price and the satisfaction of doing it all yourself.

Oil cooler DIY: Use a good core, good lines and fittings (earls!). B&M makes a sandwich plate with ports for sensors, I believe. By piecing stuff together yourself, you will save a good deal of money over a trust or HKS unit. Never cheap out on something that is vital to the survival of your engine. *

Pretty much anything to do with oil or coolant systems = Spend the money now and save the money later.

            * I suck at cars, but this is just common sense.

I agree and disagree with this. Yes more attention should be paid when dealing with oil system. BUT if anything will fail it will fail immediatly, Chances are time won't cause a problem and if it does it will not errupt drain all your oil. Small potential leaks will appear long before that.

I would think its vital to have an inline thermostat not? Godspeed does not include that in there kit.
Traction is optional, so are zipties

i don't currently run a thermostat in mine. IMO like stated above unless your driving it in winter you don't need it.

ya ups can be a bit of a screw around sometimes, with brokerage etc. You pay a bit more with that but end of the day you get your package 90% of the time bang on the day and every time its there in one piece which scores high in my books.
