And aswell when you get into high km's do you loose and hp at all?

Its average for a R32 now a days especially if its been here for a while.

Engines don't lose power under normal circumstances. On the contrary, it even performs better in time due to the natural wear on its internals. But of course, power is lost when compression is bad, intake and exhaust are restricted, ignition is foul, clutch is bad, oil is bad, etc...

If you do an internal rebuild does the km's go to zero again? sorry if it sounds stupid im a noob... lol

If you rebuild your engine, your KMs on your dash will stay exactly where they are. These show how many KM are on the body. Your engine after a total rebuild, however, would have 0 KMs on it, so you'd be starting fresh. Mind you, that's with a full strip down, and replacement repair. You don't want to roll back the KMs on the dash. Too many Skylines with haircuts over here already

By your wording, seems like you're trying to by a certain car. If it runs and the price is cheap (which I know it is) then dooo it and fix it when it breaks. You're not buying a new car here. If you can get a nice body/interior car for less than 8k, who cares about the engine, build it up and go nuts.
