It's not necessarily four digit. Nissan key codes can be up to five. However, you'd probably have better luck tracing your original key as dealers rely on VIN's to look up key codes. The only issue is that Canadian dealers only have access to Canadian VIN's as far as I know.Originally posted by DarkCaporaL View Post

The code is written on the key (if you have an original one), and is also written on the key barrel of the driver door if I remember. Easier to trace the code yourself. :PR32 GTR FULL SERVICE MANUAL DOWNLOAD:

Ya it is a R33 key
Just thought it was a good addition for all who got a crap extra key with there car, and no original one.
When I got my car it came with one slightly bent, ugly key, so, I needed one. I searched good ol ebay and saw that GTR R33 key, it was sitting on an OEM box with the part number below. I called nissan instead it was cheaper too
Well hope this help people who got a "BUNK" key with there caralways building .... Finally own a 1993 BNR32Comment
