how to post pictures!!!?

I imagine this topic has probally been covered before and I did a quick search but I cannot find the answer. Simply how do you post pictures when starting a thread or post pictures on any gtrc thread for that matter? I know I can post a link to a file sharing source like photobucket but I want to post the pictures in the thread. I read that you have to be a "vip member" to post pictures but I doubt that's true seeing as I have seen non vip members posting pictures. If someone could clear this up for me I would appreciate it.

Hey gtrjon, all I do is copy the "imagelink" in photobucket. I believe its like the last one out of the 4 that you can copy. I think it even gives you a description like pictures used for forums.

Once you have copy and pasted you can check you post preview to see if it has shown up before you post.

start an account on photobucket then upload images then put your cursor on the picture and it will shows some codes under the picture then copy the direct link code then in the quick reply area the 3rd little symbol from the left is the insert image symbol then past the code there and there ya go hope that helps

When you are writing your post, on the top, there is a button called "Insert Image" with an image icon on it.

Click it, it will ask you to insert the image URL.

If you want the images to be uploaded here on GTRC instead of an external link then yes you will have to sign up for Premium membership.
