I have called to Canada many times, but only once talked to Markīs dad at phone around week ago. He did not know about my pistonīs yet. That day he said they will have a meeting with Mark next day. I told him that I will call again next day if he would get more information about my pistonīs. He promised to ask from Mark. But now anybody answers to the phone numbers I got...

If I canīt contact them with e-mail or phone what the hell can I do? If I could get an e-mail address to his dad it would help maybe. No time difference related problems etc.

I wonder also what the hell is someone doing with my custom racing pistons, if they are not sent to me? They will fit only to that custom engine and to nothing else. Or are they not DiamonDyzed or some problem with the process...

      I got my pistons

I wanted to write this update here. I finally got my pistons. Three of them are blue and three are more black but a little bluish. The piston skirts and tops are very smooth.

If they are really DiamonDyzed that should be an thermal heat barrier for piston tops, anti-friction for piston skirts and give an very hard surface for aluminium pistons. Also very corrosion resistant and everything with the same treatment. I dont know if it is too good to be true. One piston had a small defect in the lower corner of the piston skirt. It can have been there before the treatment also as I got these pistons only now.

I began to doubt this DiamonDyze process when I took an smooth file and fixed that small defected piston skirt corner very easily... Aluminium piston (2618) was not any harder to file than usually. I first thought that it would be impossible to file that piston as in that DiamonDyze video file teeths are worn when trying to file an DiamonDyzed item (6061 aluminium).

If some of you have proofs that Pro SC Motorsport dont have the equipment or cant do really DiamonDyze treatment/process I would really like to know about this.

I'm just wondering why it was so easy to file that piston corner a little. Thanks to everybody who helped me to get my pistons back!

      Regards,

      Janne from Finland.

I have been intouch with the guy who actually invented the process. is name is Dale & Leena Hupe [dhupe@xplornet.ca]. i would definatly shoot him an email and talk to him abut this. He has been very good to deal with. Very smart guy he wanted to know if you got your pistons back. he will be happy to hear that.
        You can't fix stupid.
