Thanks everyone for the support. Chris I will be there at any upcoming Skyline meet so count me in. The reason I need a new e-test is because when they classify your car as "not roadworthy" it means anything from you have a broken horn to your running a v8 motor in a honda civic. Even if you beat the case it will be like registering the car all over again. But in Ontario most e-tests are valid for a year so its all good.

I would be really upset but I don't know if I would even dare to take a swing at him. Although I would like to the most I would probably do is tell him where to go. Losers like that aren't worth my time let alone getting a charge over! And look what happened when it was brought to court, everything was dropped and he was there left looking like the tool he is.

Final Update.

Went to court, got all the charges dropped, the charges were called "circumstantial at best" and "I was at a wrong place at the wrong time with the right car" by the justice of the peace. The look on the officers bald faces was worth all of this. The car is now fully on the road again but i do need a new e-test.
