Tuner Shops on the Island???

are there any good tuner shops on the island that can tune Nistune??
my car already has nistuned ecu, but is running hella rich and ive made a couple mods.
just want it running clean and strong.

dont wanna break in a fresh motor running super rich, it will wear the rings down really fast
