sorry, im sure this isn't the correct section for this thread..

Hopefully everyone else thinks this is a good idea..if not i appologize..admins, feel free to move this thread to correct section if needed.

For anyone planning/wanting to cruise to the meet together. We can start a list under a certian location to meet at and possibly have a few, then hopefully after we could all meet up together (so long as its in the correct route)

Im just trying to help plan/organize for the convoys!!

Post where your planning to meet, arival time under specific location. ie Limeridge mall.

We'll need to sort something out for us here in Montreal. Seems like we'll be meeting up with a bunch of guys out in Brockville (Blake and the rest) off the 401 and cruise in together. I figure if we meet at my work, which is on the way out of Montreal towards TO, it'd be solid!

Alright, so we're gonna need to set up a few meeting points! :P I'm coming from London, and I know there's a few cars from here and Windsor/Sarnia way heading up.

So we'll could meet just out of London at the Flying J at around 10 or so? Does that work with everyone? I'll be heading up a bit earlier to set up, so if anyone wants to head out that early :P If not, could bump it to 11

Hamilton, Lime ridge mall around 11am, i think 3 of us are meeting here then heading up to Ikea to meet another group for 1130-12pm.

For the Montreal / Ottawa / East group, we should make a route with check points with who is supposed to meet the convoy at each point. If we plan the route in advance there could be designated stops where people joining the convoy should be there in advance to minimize stop times. Maybe have a designated person in the convoy to give out his cell number to he can be texted with updates, cancellations, etc. Something that would look like this:
