90% of the stock cats that came with peoples skylines would probably fail any efficiency test. I bet most of the stock cats run at less than 50%, rather than the required 80% to pass.

Funny thing is, people remove them for no reason. They offer about 1% resistance. They ARE basically a flow through. But they will get clogged. And old ones aren't as flowy.
