So I am wondering if any one here can help me out with some issues I could potentially face and would like to get resovled before they show up...
First off tubro questions:
I am switching turbos from a Borg 300sx to the new 8374 EFR. The issue I believe I am going to have is hood clearance issues. Is there at all a size difference between these 2 turbos height wise.. if so how much?
If there is a difference, I am going to need my hood customed and am wondering who in Calgary can custom my TT hood to fit this thing.
Second, cosmetics:
Has anyone had their car wrapped instead of painted. I got quoted $1800 for a full wrap (minus CF trunk and hood). Now I have seen cars wrapped before that look absolutley insane and these guys boast a 7 year warranty. At that price I find this much more reasonable than a paint job with the same look (from what I've seen). Maybe some of you here have worked on/with a wrapped car and can let me know why I shouldn't get it?
