    Man buys no-reserve GTR on Ebay... dealer won't sell

    Synopsis: Guy wins no-reserve auction for GTR for $51k. Dealer now says they won't sell it to him and not responding to calls. Prospecting buyer goes to internet and gets a lawyer. Hilarity ensues.

      thanks i should have checked the link fixed it even though you posted it

                  I love how everything even close to that dealership is getting flooded with hate right now.

                  Best part of the whole situation would be if he followed through with the "no rsrv" plates lol!

                      No I don't think so. He never asked for it. He legitimately posted sharing his story, whether it was to ask for advice or share it so noone makes the same mistake, he NEVER asked for any help. He couldn't control what the outcome was. As long as he has a lawyer hes fine.

                        I know he never asked for it, hes trying to back out of it now from what I can see. Its just funny to see how everyones reaction is now gaining negative attention from the dealer. I agree, hes now good with a lawyer.

                          Oi, 26 pages long now. This story is linked on 20+ forums, has a FB page created for it and is blowing up. For 4K the dealership should of rolled over. Ebay has said the buyer is in the right, the dealership has denied filing the BBB claim saying the guy is 'making the dealership unable to operate' etc. The buyer has contacted a local lawyer and is in talks with him. Ah trolls and the internet.
