I don't think I agree. Although my Impreza isn't an STi (it is a WRX) considering my Skyline is 10 years older it is a better car. Also I've competed against a few STis and WRXs both fairly stock to well massaged and there wasn't much competition.
That being said I own two Subarus and will continue to own probably nothing but for daily use. They're EXCELLENT cars.

This argument could go on forever. If i was going to go in a nice smooth track, give me a stock GTR over a stock STI.

Depends on which way you look at it. Want warranty? An Impreza can offer that. Want an amazing car for winter, that's not exactly "low"? An Impreza can offer that. This is why I had that in my signature. Local track is lame so I am taking a different direction. Possibly rally. Won't be rallying a skyline

        responses to the Cobalt owner

Agreed that if people go off in responding to that ad saying things like 'RHD are better than Cobalts' or whatever your personal preference is....isnt the point and doesnt help things.

I personally responded to the ad: I made no response re: RHD, or Skylines or even imports...I simply told the guy that he was offensive. Frankly, if he likes his car that much...great...he should keep it himself. Just like his stupid comments.

Writing a for sale ad attacking any other group is just wrong...period.

As a fun/weekend car, gtr all day. As a DD, I will take my jdm wrx.
(My old gts-t is actually for sale on kijiji... So tempting).
