^ yeah the matte look brings out the shape of the car more

I'm also looking into daytona blue now, seen a few 350z with that finish and it looks great too

What about just fixing the body and then wrapping it?

I've never looked into wrapping, I was always under the impression that if wrapped poorly everything will peel off very quickly

theres good and bads to wrapping...but anyone who does it professionally usually gives u warranty on it from bubbling or peeling.
Any scratches or anything u can peel it off and rewrap no paintjob =)

Great finish on that one. Looking to go one step darker when I re-spray the Silvia. Though I prefer to call it "semi-gloss", as does RWB

If your going with a satin grey look into frozen grey off the limited m3, I plan on respraying my 04 m3 coupe this color in the spring( it is NOT cheap paint )

                      91 gtr , 93 rx7 type r and a multicolor 240 スカイライン

darker then that rx-7 or 240 is nissan (northamerican) dark grey mettallic ... try that for colour and get it produced in matte

it lighter then the j-spec gang ray grey (or KH2 ?) or gunmetal

A special matte clear coat (FF95-0550) makes for the matte finish.
Base color (BMW m3 frozen grey (space grey metallic))

Looks imo identical to DP90 Epoxy primer base shooted with paintgun:

I'm sorry but every time I see that car I feel the need to voice just how amazing it looks.
