Hmmm. The fuel pump is priming. Took the spark plugs out, they work. Checked the ignitor, it's failing the resistance specs but it shouldn't be the problem since the plugs are sparking. Changed the CAS. Loosened off the fuel rail to see if the injectors were spraying, and they were. Checked the ECU and water temp sensor they're all fine. I'm starting to run out of ideas here. Going to check the fuel pressure tomorrow.
