  • Color choice for Valve covers, Turbo pipes etc..

Today, I took my valve covers, turbo pipes, intakes etc all off. I plan on painting them just not 100% sure on a colour...

My car is gunmetal with alu wheels. Interior I have bride low max seats and gold momo wheel.

I don't want anything to flashy want to keep it clean.. Anyone have any ideas and or pics please post them to give me some ideas.

I was thinking silver valve covers and flat or wrinkle flat black for the turbo pipes and intake pipes...

    Thanks!

White ftw. Flat black is nice too. Or Red. It really comes down to what you want. Chrome/polished is badass too. Crinkle is flashy.

Not wanting anything flashy was fail when you installed those baller brides

Lol yea, I don't want chrome bc I don't wanna have to polish it, I was thinking wrinkle black but it's black all ready, do all this work for it to be almost the same.

      ..
i don't mind the silver, don't want red. a lot of ppl have red.

go white! Easier to notice dirt. Easier to see into the engine bay.

Painted them what was planned to be a gun metal, but came out as a dark millennium jade/bronze/gun metal colour lol,

i actually like it, its different. Will post pics later in the week.

I did my cover golden marble effect and the coilpack ornament was painted with a carbon paint effect. The combo is killer.
