I rarely post anything here but when I do its usually a rant about being pulled over. This week ill bring you the WTF is wrong with Toronto and its cops, enviromental police, and office workers.
Last Wednesday on my way to school I get pulled over by two prick Envoiremental cops one of them, ***** ***, having pulled me over a 100 times before. They claim that my car has failed an inspection, I never even went to one nor was I ever summoned to one, and they want to do a road side test. Me not caring agree to it. They first bust my balls about my oil catch can and tell me my car needs a carbon canister not knowing i rigged my catch can to work as such.
Then the start off by saying my car has no cat. I tell them it does and it passed emission and they claim that it dosent matter if my car passes but only if it has a cat. So I tell them I have the tools to show them but they insist on taking the car to crappy tire. I asked them how much it will be as I only had a 20 on me and wondered if we needed to stop at a CIBC so I can get some cash. They claimed its free and will take 5 mins max. Me being late for school agreed.
Driving away I noticed a tow truck following me. When we get to a crappy tire, the manager says it will cost 49.99 just to inspect it. So I tell the Enviromental cop that well let me head to the bank cause I dont have no $$ on me. He says no its now or never. I told him i need a bank. At which point he runs outside and rips the plates off my car while muttering "im trying to help you"over and over again. Using his bare hand to remove screwed on plates he damages my plate holder and front lip before a Canadian Tire Employee hands him a wrench. Then I asked WTF was he doing after he runs back to his car, rolls up the window and starts laughing. Then he gets outta his car telling all this stuff I have to do to "fix" the car and thats when I snapped at him.
So the same employee decides to inspect the Cat and comes up with the conclusion that Yes it is a cat only to have the officer say no its not. Plates removed and now i gotta bring the car up to code although the canister in vented and the cat is there.
