I have a 1990 Nissan gtst r32 .. Need a Maf.. Can I use a ford lightening Maf?

Yes u can, but its not plug and play. And there r other better options. Z32 Mafs.
A lightning maf will need to be wired up and ECU tuned to suit.
Imo if your not goin for more power, just get a stock replacement. More power, go for a Z32 MAF which will need ECU tuned to suit. And if u want a better setup, get a Fcon/PowerFC/etc with a MAP sensor and ECU tuned to suit.

Yes but then you need to do a tune... which is not easy and not cheap. If that is not the way you want to go then get a replacement maf of the same engine and walk away.... if you want to get into tuning and all then, then yes get a z32 maf
