Buy something cheaper to learn on and save some money for a few years before you think about it again.
I think he said "excluding GT-Rs" sir . So if that's the case it will be harder to explain / convince the parents. hehe... Just kidding.

Since we can tell your a bit young to own one, why not try a "lesser" car. Me my 1st car was a Sentra B13, given by my good dad. Up to I have a job and all, I still kept the car for it's sentimental value. But! It's still minty, well maintained, and most importantly having an SR20VET (Hybrid) swap!! So I suggest having newer 4 door 4 cylinder car instead, cheaper everything! And if you can go on your own like I did, I bought what I want. hehe.

By the way, you can try to show them youtube GT-R videos, Best Motoring tests, or have them read the achievements off the GT-R in motorsports history.

I would give my first born to have the minimum requirement liability in Ontario and pay $1500/annum.

Well not really, but you get the point.

Idk where you are paying for insurance. But I pay 105 a month for my skyline. That's with 3 mil liability and 200 deductibles. All in the lower mainland.

why is something always breaking in peoples gtr's? I've had my gtr for 2 years now, nothing major has gone wrong, just kept up with general maintence and im always running 20-24psi. I do only drive it 6 months out of the year, but still its seems like everyones getting something fixed. I can understand though if its a DD, but how many of us do?
