The World Time Attack Ark Design/Team America BNR32 will not compete in Sydney after the shipping company sent it to China by mistake

Blogged by our old friend Eric Hsu
$hit Happens: ARK Design BNR32 Will Not Make it to WTAC 2012    by Eric Hsu The team and I have been waiting patiently for the past three weeks…

Check out the build here, it's the former XS Engineering car:

Well i think they found a new sponsor for their build since i hope the shipping company will be paying them out of the ass!!!

Yeah found that out last night, been following this car for months. That VQ35'd R32 is pretty wild for what they've done to it. The turbo work alone is sick.

Very unfortunate. They would have been super pressed for time anyway. The shakedown will have to be in the US during a Timeattack later this year I guess.

Pretty cool that WTAC was willing to air drop them from China though.

Maybe next year. Without team america, that means the Berry r34 will have a better chance haha. It's heavy as fack, ugly but has a big turbo (9180 EFR still?). It's weight alone makes it a tough car to make fast but we'll see.

Can't wait to see if Goeff from Full Race gets his R14 into WTAC 1 day. THAT will be a silly fast car.

Y'know that feeling when you've just discovered a car that shows what you want in your own car but will never have because of lack of skill and funds?

          It's called depression

Bad? Lmao, those guys know things you and I never will. I'm sure if it was bad, they wouldn't have done it. Stagger is win!

As for shipping issues, I'm kinda relieved since they would have been doing their shakedown at the same time, for a car that was rushed. Beautiful machine but let's be honest, evos are just faster because they can be made lighter and are generally better haha

Odd thing is "team America" is using a Japanese car, which has been made hybrid/custom and is driven by a Japanese guy who doesn't even speak engrish.

                Go team amerapan

Jokes aside, i wish someone would have had a zr1 or acr over there!

I know, I was being a troll. Lol. It's pretty obvious if a R32 can survive this type of abuse with staggered wheels then it's ok for the rest of us.

I also wonder about that. You gotta think they would make a great starting platform. Or a 911.
