If you ordered from Ebay it will take three to four weeks to get here.

I got the Haynes manual for my Nissan March from Haynes publishing in the UK in 6 business days, I was floored when it showed up that quick. Small items shouldn't be much more than a week or so.

You should try calling them direct, long distance is cheap as hell nowadays.

Sorry to hear that. Good luck getting the situation resolved. I got burned in a major way on some VW parts from the US last year. It's a very frustrating experience.
