BNR34s will probably start at around $35 and go up from there. With RightDrive that price would also include safety, emissions, 1 year power train warranty, reconditioning, DOT compliance and new tires.

I've been told guys are buying up the 89 r32 gtr for next years push into the USA.

With the bank of Japan successfully devaluating their currency, with the approval from other nation.

I'm starting to wonder what their target exchange rate is, and how it's going to affect the price of R34 GTR, and next year the price of the R32 GTR.

Cheaper R34 might sound good for some, but it would also mean cheaper price for R32 from Japan. This might hurt Canadian trying to sell their R32.

I guess time will tell.

I heard from a former Japanese JDM importer that clean R32 gtr's are going up in price supposedly. They are becoming harder to find and thus making them more valuable. Just look at the R32 Nismo GTR for sale in the US at $25000.

Yikes, he's on crack. Those are closing in on US prices, but the US pricing has a very good reason. Good for him if he sells at that price, suck for the poor bastard that pays GTR prices for a tarted up GTS-T. At least there are DOT headlights for the R34.

There is no doubt that exporters are hoarding '89 GTRs. We've had interest as we have space to store them, but what is out there is either in poor condition or way overpriced. Best for the US guys to wait for the 90s to hit 25 years.

Those R34 prices are shocking knowing what they probably paid for them.
