turbo upgrade (changing coolant lines)

Hey so currently i"m putting a hks gt-rs turbo upgrade in my gts-t and im having trouble with one of the coolant lines mainly the one that goes around the back of the block. Im assuming a theres a lot of people out there who have changed this before so i was wondering whats the easiest way to switch that line out i cant seem to pull the top rubber tube out where it connects to the block. is it easier to just leave that one and reuse it and only replace the bottom one its the only part confusing me because i dont understand why behind the block it y's off and goes to different directions and unfortunately the instructions are all in Japanese so any help or advice on changing the turbo coolant line would be greatly appreciated

I did not touch anything behind the block, too hard to get at. I cut both lines between new turbo and block and used compression fittings to fit new lines.
