Need advise on a transmission purchase

A guy from my work bought a "tial" wastegate that turned out to be "tial style". Seller refused a refund and told him to get ****** or come get the money back in person if he wanted it so bad.

One 1200km return flight ($388), taxi fares ($82 x2) and one assult charge (convicted and discharged without penalty) it was all sorted...............

if this were beyond the seller would already have his picture and address posted and he'd be tarred and feathered shortly

As far as this goes. I really would love to put their name all over and make these guys known and will do my best to do so as soon as I'm done moving.

The company is in Ottawa and ill post the guys cell number and everything on every forum that I've ever signed up for. This really is exactly what Dragon_Humper said, that they are just hoping some idiot 1000kms away will just roll..

OK so still no response from any of my voice mails or texts. I don't even want to bother calling the cops cause they are a joke and we all know they won't even pick up a phone. This is pretty rediculous.

THE COMPANY IS JDM-OTTAWA
The guys name is Mike. I have every single email and text from him and he promised me a full refund over 2 weeks ago and hasn't responded once since.
I paid him $905 on Oct 31 and haven't received so much as one picture. He's a pathological liar and I'm sure will continue to do so to get out of this like a weasle
