I'm looking to buy my first import this summer, and I'm going to be looking for a decently priced Skyline. I really need some help with all the legal details and inspections I need to pass in order to get the car; as well as a few recommended websites for Canadian importation. I understand that this thread may not be the first of its type, but I noticed that most of the other support threads with this stuff are a bit outdated. If anyone is able to help me out, I thank you very much, it means a lot to me. I'm currently in Edmonton, Alberta, so all legal requirements have to be in correspondence with the Alberta provincial laws.

If your planning on Importing yourself i have some videos that explain the paperwork:
In this Video i go over the beginning stages of importing your own car from Japan into Canada. In Canada we are allowed cars that are 15 years old, or older....
There are lots of sites out there with good info as well.
