Hello to all rim experts. I recently bought a skyline with strange rims that I've never seen before...I cannot identify what company produced them...I really want to know...

They look like Rotas to me with an aftermarket center cap? I did some looking on the caps and could find nothing on them.

I might be wrong but that's what it looks like to me!
