Are there Fake/replica wheels on Yahoo Japan Auctions?

I was thinking about buying some te37's or ce28n's off yahoo japan auctions because the prices seem good. I was just wondering if I have to be careful about fake/replica wheels in japan. I'm not sure if there are a lot off replicas in japan or not and with the language barrier I won't be able to ask the seller questions. Any help is appreciated
