DOT Headlight Approved

Hey, I have been searching around I guess is there no headlights that are DOT Approved or any cars that are compatible? Also does anyone know if a NRG Quick release would fit since I have contacted multiple sites all I have been given was "it MAY not fit......"

I just put in some old 4"x6" lights and the buckets behind them out of and old Monte Carlo that met the requirements with ICBC here in BC as far as being adjustable and permanently affixed and just put the stockers back in again after the inspection. There may be an alternative, I harassed the hell out of the Chinese light manufactures at SEMA in 2012 and maybe one of them actually did it.
