How to change R34 light bulb?

I'm trying to replace the low beam bulb on the passenger side of my R34 GTT and can't seem to figure out how to get past this part. After unscrewing the dust cover, I'm stuck on what to do after this to get to the bulb. Tried searching for guides online but nothing mentions the high voltage warning metal thing and what to do after that. Any help is appreciated! Showbox Tutuapp Vidmate
