I have a '92 GT-ST with a RB20DET engine. Last September the intake fan on my Turbo decided to give up the ghost. I parked it for the winter without replacing it. Would I be doing any significant harm to the engine if I drove like an old lady a couple of times before I replace the Turbo. I'm getting married in three weeks and don't have the funds free to take it in till Mid May.

The engine isn't making any bad noises, just gutless. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This thread is just the introductory to this forum section.
For the future create a thread in the GTS technical section about your questions.
      As for your question..
Not really knowing how the turbo has failed, I don't think it's wise to jeopardize engine damage just to drive it for a couple times.
You could leak coolant or oil from the failed turbo.
