I am just going to use 4" stepped band clamps for a diesel application, you can get them in stainless and they are only about $20 a piece. Try your local Kenworth or other such supplier. I can't find any either.

I need to bolt titanium to my stainless down pipe and titanium vbands are much more of a head ache and expensive.

You could try these guys , they have a bunch of flanges/adaptors and some V band to bolted flanges ... worth a look, but I did not see any 3 bolt 4" flanges but Im sure they could cut you one

Thanks for the link, I think I might buy their 3" - 4" reducer with the v band flange already on to attach to the rear of my turbo.

Just picked up a 4" cutout today and they didn't have any flanges to go with the valve.....but there is a 3 bolt flange gasket that came with it. So at least I have a pattern to make some flanges from scratch.
