  • Fast: R32 fuel filter # ??

    Hello,

My new fuel filter that came with my pump doesn't fit so I need the part number for the OEM BNR32 fuel filter or is it the same as a 300zx TT ?? ( I would really like to get that filter tomorrow so if it's the same as a 300zx I will just call some autoparts)

Please give me this info !

I can say that with a GTS-t, the 300zx fuel filter is most definitely not the correct filter, however with a slightly longer fuel line coming from the top of the filter to the fpr, it works nicely.

I believe the correct filter for a gts-t is the infinity j30 filter from like 1996 or something. Try a 300zx and see if it fits? If it doesn't you can always bring it back :P If it does fit, I don't see why you shouldn't use it? I pretty much buy everything for the 300zx or the 240sx, and if they don't fit, I return them and try again

I call it the "moron system". As in, what kind of moron wouldn't just find the right part in the first place before buying one?

I used the WIX model and it was a perfect fit.

The fuel filter? Why would you go through the effort to remove a fuel filter and not just replace it? They're like 10 bucks...

Cuz I'm swapping my oem for a denso pump and the filter that come with the denso doesn't fit with the one on the BNR32.

I'm not just removing my fuel pump to change the filter.

Oh, I think I was confused as to what part you wanted. You're talking about the in-tank sock filter, I've re-used old ones of those I cleaned before in my STi. The part numbers I gave you are for the main fuel filter under the hood.
