hey im swapping in a rb26 to my gts and have to hardwire the injectors to the resistor. i have no idea how to do this.

i have the stock gtr resistor and stock GTR injectors.

hey man i should have pm'd this to you. anyways, go to your local electronics store and pck up some 10 ohm 12 volt resistors and put them inline on each of the injector grounds, win!

Or you can simply contact Ben@JNS as I believe he has an injector resistor pack he doesn't need anymore. Either way, all you need in 10Ω resistors in series with the injectors.

You're jobless in Alberta? Ouch... Just drive you're daily driver while you get the skyline fixed. Or take the bus! The harness shouldn't be too much.

they are selling a HKS fcon here and I have the harness for it for the RB20 and RB25.No need to wire resistors or cutting you + injector wires. Its why I like the hks so much.Like many ems so user friendly.

so the way i have been understanding it, it dont matter which wire i attach the resistor to, power or ground just as long as there is a resistor.

sorry to revive an old thread here but i wanna make sure i understand this before i get gtr injectors

all i need to do is wire in a 10 ohm 12v resistor, on the ground of EACH injectors (meaning i need 6 resistors) and then thats it? all should be well and good?

                  just want to make sure!

Attach the resistors inline with the hot wire... use at least 10watt resistors if you use one on each, or you can gang them up into threes with 50watt... should be cheap either way, bigger ones are likely cheaper and you'll need less

so use a 10watt 10ohm resistor on each hot wire?

                        Yes.... or higher wattage
