who run with the boost controller's air filter??

Since i bought an used profec2, it didn't came with the air filter. Anyone ever had his air filter blocked by debris? Is it worth to get one?

most common for a gtr i am going to say is apexi intakes. they are around 190 new i believe and sell for 120-150 used.

He's talking about the air filter in the boost lines that usually comes with boost controllers, not the intake ones.

I rely on my primary intake filters. If you had debris in your boost controller, you may need new intake filters.

pretty sure the inline filter is more for filtering out moisture, not actual debris.

Ah, my bad. Well, the $600 HKS ones don't come with filters and they are some of the best.

Hmm, I think I have a 5 and it didn't. Either way, I'm not using it anymore since my Vipec has closed loop control available now
