I had the same problem, I like OEM..go to nissan and order:
Spark plugs
22401-58s15 spark plug x 6
22401-58s16 spark plug x 6
22401-58s17 spark plug x 6
ask the parts guy which are the mid range plugs.
I have no problems now. $17 each
