It's simple to understand without translation. Just the bottom hose arrangement (where coolant re enters engine) is a bit confusing. But it might be refering to the biggish coolant line on RB engines that runs under intake plenum and goes back into block near back of engine.
The top tank is the new high point, should be above engine, radiator. Bottom hose (from that tank) goes to T fitting (T fitting normally gets plumbed into bottom radiator hose on RB engine, but goes to another hose, maybe hose under intake plenum). Little top hose on neck of top tank goes to factory overflow tank. Little hose on right side goes to top of waterjacket on RB engine, which is usually at the top of front of RB engine. The rest is self explanatory (connecting hoses to other bottles).
2nd tank under top tank gets plumbed into top radiator hose (intercepts bubbles). The rest is self explanatory.
Bottom of 3rd tank gets plumbed into bottom radiator hose or top part of radiator. Top of that tank looks like top radiator hose. The rest is self explanatory.
But what confuses me, is where does the radiator come into the equation, unless off the bottom of 3rd tank goes to radiator, then through radiator and back into engine via bottom radiator hose???
The only differences I can see with ARC, Billion, is they use tank to intercept bubbles in top radiator hose and another tank to separate more bubbles. And what hose the T fitting plumbs into is different.
