Looking for help unlocking ECU

I purchased a 95 GTR-33 with a Apexi ECU in it. I bought the software (FC Commander Pro) for the ECU but once connected I get the message that the ECU is locked.

Can anyone help me get around this lock

Would I be able to get around it with the hand help component
