i did alot of research before i bought my tomei manifolds , the obx ones have rough casting and welding marks inside them but more importantly you have to grind some of your turbo housing for clearance near the flange , unless you buy the OBX turbos that do fit without modding , but i would not use obx turbos on my car!
I would probably stick with a better made part, it might be a bit more, but will save you the headache of having to remove them and get them fixed or replaced.
Anything OBX/Ebay usually has piping that is thin as hell. And in my experience welds that look OK but they fail. And to be even more honest, I've cut apart a tomei sr20 expreme manifold and was disappointed. It's barely thicker.
Seriously, with a manifold(s) they are such a bitch to replace/fix/take off so please just save yourself the hassle and do it right the first time. I won't ever buy/build a manifold unless it is sch10 or thicker or made by a reputable brand that has a replacement warranty. Or just work with the stock ones.
I'd do the ebay one in your situation. It's not like someone would sell garbage for $250! Save all the extra cash for something else.

start by having A ROLLING GTR then we talk u ******* mofo funzy little *****
Those not-well made made stainless tubular manifolds love to split at their welds under some extreme heat. So after you mod the Ebay manifold to fit and you found out it is leaking after a while. It is a pain just to remove the manifold again to fix it. I would go for some good ones like Tomei or port the stock manifold to ensure the long lasting and trouble free. Since Cast iron rarely breaks.
