Funny, I read this from JE'website and it seems like it's the best option for us..
•JE designs are specifically engineered for extreme applications up to, and including, professional competition. In this environment, the higher compression ratios, highest boost or heavy nitrous usage necessitate the higher tensile strength 2618 aluminum alloy.

Stand behind what you know, I raced moto GP bikes in Australia an they would see 17,000+ RPM for 30 to 50 minutes straight. We always rebuilt our engines with Wiseco pistons and never once had a issue. Are there better options ? sure there are, but I have developed a trust in Wiseco so thats what I run in my GTR. 500+ whp all day."LAG is the time the guy beside you thought he won"

well.. I went with JE piston. JE have better ring from factory suited for higher pressure like nitrous and turbos. At the end, however, I think the difference is very minimal so I went with the cheaper too.Need detailing done to your car? I'm open to travel to detail your car :

It is a higher quality then the 4000 series thay use. Standard forged Wiseco's have greater expantion and ring bypass then higher end items. Im not saying they dont work or live at 500whp bla bla. Pro Tru pistons are forged and machined in-house and are designed to make excellent power with a long life and the best value. Dedicated forgings require minimal machining and insure a strong, lightweight piston at minimal cost. Design work is very detailed to insure the latest piston skirt profiles for minimal rock, tight clearances, and long skirt life. Pro Tru pistons INCLUDE a high quality plasma moly ring pack.
All machining is done on the newest CNC equipment, insuring excellent machining at tight tolerances. Most Pro Tru pistons use a 4032 alloy, however big block pistons and certain small blocks designed for nitrous or boost receive the stronger 2618 alloy. Pro Tru pistons are generally made for a budget minded consumer in the domestic automotive market running a Buick, Chevy, Ford, Dodge or Chrysler.
