  • what the *beep*?!?!

Went out for a bit with the 32 to do a bunch of errands and was forced back after an annoying beep. It was just a continuous warning beep around the dash that wouldn't go away. Pulled over to inspect, and everything seemed normal;temp was normal and no leaks. Drove back home with it still beeping away. Heard about a speed cut warning beep meant for japan but i was no where close to speeding. Anyone know what the beep is for?

hope you guys are enjoying your summer btw!

Usually it's over like, 120 or 140 for that speeding warning. Maybe it's decided to **** its pants and just keep going no matter what?

Most likely shorted to a ground and started beeping. I think that the speed warning buzzer is the only sound device in the dash unless there was an aftermarket alarm system installed or something. I agree with the poster above, just take it out.

your going to have to pull the cluster, the device is a small metal box screwed onto the back of the cluster with 2 wires coming off of it
