    For the HSD's in question, if you were to disassemble the top end of the suspension, I suggest cleaning up the ball & socket area and before resembling, squeeze some heavy duty bearing grease to really lubricate the joint, then reassemble.

    And guys lets be real honest here, within the last couple years, there has been so many re-branded suspension kits put on the market its not funny. Sure, the damper quality may be pretty good, but the rest is not top quality.
    Yeah, the reason I asked was because I found out that they are Stance rebranded and I knew Stace are manufactured and assembled in South Korea. I bought used spare coilovers instead until i could've afforded a new set of Japanese brand coilovers like Yashio, URAS (lol pink) and KTS but D-max came out and were cheaper and could be sourced locally.

    Thanks for the pics too, they just reminded me of l got S13 suspension parts and the Kei Office front coilovers in my garage I need to get rid of. Im going to go check if they have grooves or warpage.

      theres a big difference in wear between macpherson (S13) based coilovers, and multilink coilovers (R32)
      there is a ton less wear on the head / pillow ball of the strut

      like anything, it will last long with good maintenance
