  • question regarding injector upgrade on rb25

Hey guys need some input on investors. Looking to upgrade injectors/fuel pump on my r33 gts. Already have upgraded splitfire coil packs and fmic. Wondering if I do go ahead with this purshase and tune the car with a stock turbo if I will be fine. My concern is the stock turbo with all these mods wont hold up.
    Any input is appreciated
    Thanks

I got mine switched over with powerhouses kit. Joe and his team made it easy to do and it looks great. You can contact joe at powerhouse racing and he can help you out with that. Great kit!
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

if you have an S1 turbo keep the boost under 1 bar
if you have an s2 turbo keep the boost under 12 pounds and you should be fine. If you need more flow than that start looking at upgrading

Well car started off life as a Non turbo according to vin. The engine cover is bubble top room I believe series one. I guess I'd have to research the engine vin. Regardless I'm only looking tu run 9.5psi on high boost and 6 on low with my boost controller. do you think I would have any problems with over fueling?
            Thanks

Factory it runs 5psi and 8psi with its two stage boost control. If you only want to run 9.5, skip the boost controller and just put an rb20 wastegate actuator on it and call it a day.
